Warranty terms

The high quality of Airfi products is also evidenced by an exceptionally long warranty: in addition to the 2-year standard warranty, our ventilation units come with a 4-year extended warranty. The new extended warranty applies to Airfi ventilation units manufactured after 1st of March 2024.

2-Year Standard Warranty.

Airfi Oy AB (the Manufacturer) grants a two (2) year standard warranty to the buyer of ventilation units manufactured after 1st of March, 2024, starting from the date of delivery.

4-Year Extended Warranty.

As an extended warranty, the Manufacturer grants a four (4) year warranty on the specified limited parts of the ventilation unit, starting from the end of the above-mentioned two (2) year standard warranty.

The extended warranty covers the following limited parts:

Circuit Boards
Sensors
Water and Heat Radiators
Heat Recovery Cell

The extended warranty does not cover.

Fans
Filters
Other machine parts that need maintenance or can wear out.
Repair costs incurred from the visit of an Authorized Service Provider.
Travel costs incurred due to the machine’s repair.

Warranty and extended warranty parts replacements must be carried out by an Authorized Service Provider or the Manufacturer.

Authorized Service Providers

The warranty terms do not limit the buyer’s rights under consumer protection law, if the buyer is a consumer.
