As the year draws to a close, it is time to reflect on the past and look ahead to the future.

“Since 2021, Airfi has been awarded Kauppalehti’s Achievers Certificate and, for the past two years, the Consistent High Achievers Certificate as well. The Achievers Certificate (Menestyjät) is a testament to reliability and strong financial performance. It is awarded to companies that score over 50 points in the Achievers classification, which evaluates financial success and performance across six areas: growth, profitability, result, liquidity, solvency, and risk tolerance. With an impressive score of 91/100, Airfi ranks among the top 20 achievers in the region.
Being recognised as a Consistent High Achiever highlights sustained success over several years. Plaques and certificates may seem like mere papers on the wall, but behind them lies an immense amount of work, sound decisions, and effective actions taken in collaboration with the best people – employees and partners alike. These are achievements we can all be proud of. A heartfelt thank you to every employee and partner!

Success doesn’t happen by chance. For us entrepreneurs, it requires bold decision-making and relentless determination, where working hours are not counted – nor could they be, as this is our passion and way of life. This path is not always easy, as entrepreneurship often takes time that might otherwise be spent with family and loved ones. A special thank you goes to our own children for their understanding this past year.
Our goal is to foster well-being and build a better future through our company – a vision that encompasses economic stability, social responsibility, and environmental care. Achieving this takes time, but with our talented team, we are ready to embrace new challenges in the coming year.
We also aim to share goodness wherever we can. That is why we are engaged in long-term collaboration with FC Inter Turku’s InterAction project, which promotes children’s opportunities to engage in physical activity.
Finally, Season’s Greetings
Instead of Christmas gifts, this year we choose to support efforts that improve the everyday lives and future of children and young people through donations to Save the Children Finland and Mieli Mental Health Finland. Additionally, we have made a contribution to the well-being of our nearby Baltic Sea via Baltic Sea Action Group. Finally, we continue to support Ukrainians living amidst war through the Ukrainian Association in Finland.
With these contributions, we extend our warmest Christmas wishes to all our partners and customers.”
