Cooker hoods for apartment buildings are used in centralised ventilation systems. The hoods are designed to make installation and adjustment simple and effortless. Performance values are measured using a pressure gauge without the need for additional measurement hooks. From the same point, both the desired basic airflow and boosted airflow can be measured. The smoke restrictor valve can be removed through the grease filter compartment.
