A complex of three housing estates was completed in Helsinki’s Kalasatama, the last of which will be completed in 2022. The brick exterior buildings reflect the style of the traditional Kalasatama building stock in a modern way.

The size of the apartments ranges from studio flats to larger family apartments. The comfort and ease of living is supported by Airfi Model 60 and Model 150 ventilation units per apartment. In addition, Suvi and Ida dampers and water locks are used in Pasuri and Seipi.

The developer of the complex is Skanska.
